We ONLY deliver inflatables to residential addresses AND parks. We DO NOT deliver any inflatables to halls/venues or apartment complexes. IMPORTANT: All inflatable rentals are FULL DAY rentals. When picking a delivery time for inflatables be sure to select the actual start time of your event. All inflatables will be delivered and setup the day of your event anytime between 8am and your selected delivery time. Inflatables will be picked up the same day at or after your selected pickup time based on our delivery drivers route for the day. In the case that inflatables are picked up after your selected pickup time, you will NOT be charged for extra time that occurs due to our route scheduling. Delivery drivers will give a courtesy call/text when they are enroute to your location before delivery and pickup. Inflatables can ONLY be setup on grass. Please note our inflatables are secured to the ground using 10-15 inch stakes. Inflatables must be setup in an area that is within 100ft of a plug outlet, additional extension cords cannot be used to extend the distance to the outlet. WEATHER POLICY: For safety reasons we cannot deliver inflatables in winds greater than 15mph or rain forecasts that show a 50% chance of rain or higher. If weather is projected to be unsafe for inflatables, we will contact you the day before your event to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Reservations canceled due to projected winds higher than 15mph or chances of rain greater than 50% will be refunded in full.
