- Tents installed on grass are secured using 18” stakes. It is extremely rare that these stakes high any underground plumbing, but is possible. Property owners are responsible for marking where any pipes or sprinklers may that may be for our installation techs. 
- Customers are responsible for measuring the area where our tents are to be installed, ensuring there is at least the amount of space listed under each tent for setup. 
- Tents are often delivered 1-3 days before the event date, and often picked up 1-2 days after the event date. Our reps will contact you 5-7 days before your event to schedule installation day/time.
